One proposal across several of a customer's properties
Price several of a customer's sites on one proposal they accept all at once, either site by site with subtotals, or as one flat day rate covering every location.
You can price several of a customer's properties on one proposal, and the customer accepts the whole thing at once. Do it two ways.
Price it site by site, and the estimate shows a section header and a subtotal for each property. Or put one flat day rate across all of it, and the line sits under All locations covering every site. An estimate is one or the other, never both, and all the sites have to belong to the same customer.
Anywhere a job covers more than one property, the label carries a plus N sites suffix, on the job cards, the Site row, and the schedule, so you always know a job is bigger than one address.
