Frequently asked questions
What is the catch?
You are not billed during early access. We are building this with the companies running it, and we would rather have you in it than have your money this year. Pricing is announced when early access ends. Accounts opened before then hear it first, with plenty of notice, and nothing is ever charged to a card you have not put in.
Can I try Pro features before paying?
There is not one. Open an account and you have the whole product. If pricing ever turns on, Starter still carries AI species ID, GPS mapping and PDF reports up to 50 trees a month, and nobody is charged to a card they never put in.
Do I need to replace what I use now?
You can. This is the CRM and the field service system: customers, sites, estimates, proposals, scheduling, crews, time, invoicing and QuickBooks all live here, starting from the tree. If you would rather keep something you already run, the public API and the assistant connector are on every plan, so your tools and your own AI can read and write the same records either way.
What counts as a 'tree' on Starter?
Each tree you capture and analyze counts as one tree. Viewing existing trees, generating reports from already-captured data, and editing records don't count against the 50-tree monthly limit.
Why are Arboris AI messages metered separately?
Trees and Arboris are different cost shapes. Capturing a tree is a single short AI call. An Arboris conversation can run 5–10× the tokens of a tree analysis, since the assistant is reasoning over your full inventory. Metering them separately keeps the tree price honest and gives heavy chat users a clear path forward instead of capping everyone at the lowest common denominator.
What about Enterprise?
The API and the assistant connector are on every plan, not held back for a bigger one. If you run several companies under one account, or you need something the plans do not cover, email us and we will sort it out.
