Tree Inventory AI is operated by AMARACORE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “our,” or “us”), which runs the treeinventory.ai website and the Tree Inventory AI mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.
Tree and Property Data
When you use the app to capture tree inventories, we collect photos, GPS coordinates, and any information you enter about trees, properties, and site conditions. This data is stored securely and belongs to your organization.
Device and Usage Information
We automatically collect device type, operating system, app version, and general usage analytics to improve the service. We use Google Analytics on the website to understand traffic patterns.
Location Data
The mobile app requests location permissions to tag trees with GPS coordinates. Location data is only collected while you are actively using the capture feature. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.
Camera Access
The app requests camera permissions to photograph trees for identification and documentation. Photos are uploaded to our secure storage and are only accessible to members of your organization.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Tree Inventory AI service
- To process tree photos through AI models for species identification, health assessment, and measurements
- To generate reports and property intelligence
- To send service-related communications and updates
- To improve our AI models and product features
- To respond to support requests
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. Organization data is isolated. Members of one organization cannot access another organization's data.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- AI processing providers, to analyze tree photos and generate assessments (photos are processed and not retained by these providers beyond the processing window)
- Cloud infrastructure providers, to host and store your data securely
- Analytics providers, to understand usage patterns (anonymized)
- Law enforcement, only when required by law
6. Accounting Connections
If you connect an accounting system such as QuickBooks Online, we access it only to keep your books in step with your work in Tree Inventory AI.
What we read
Your customer list, your list of services and products, and the status of documents we previously sent, so we can match records instead of creating duplicates and can tell you when an invoice was changed on their side.
What we write
Customers, invoices, and payments that come from work you did in Tree Inventory AI. We do not create, edit, or delete anything else in your accounting system.
How the connection is secured
We store an access credential for your accounting provider, encrypted at rest. We never see or store your accounting provider's username or password: the connection is made through that provider's own sign-in screen.
What we do not do with it
We do not sell your accounting data, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not share it with anyone other than the provider you connected. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations screen, which immediately stops all further access and deletes the stored credential.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your tree inventory data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and tree inventory data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
9. Children's Privacy
Tree Inventory AI is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
