Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms cover your use of the treeinventory.ai website, the Tree Inventory AI mobile app, and any connected services we provide (together, “the Service”). Tree Inventory AI is operated by AMARACORE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, referred to below as “we,” “our,” or “us.” By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company, and “you” means that company.
2. What the Service does
Tree Inventory AI helps arborists and tree care companies capture tree inventories in the field, produce reports and estimates, and send finished invoices to connected accounting systems. Features change as the product develops.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
If your organization has several users, the organization is responsible for who it invites and what those people do.
4. Your data stays yours
The tree data, photos, customer records, reports, and invoices you put into the Service belong to you. We do not sell them. We store and process them so we can operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below.
5. Connecting QuickBooks and other services
The Service can connect to third party accounting systems, including QuickBooks Online. When you connect one, you authorize us to read and write the specific records needed to keep your books in step with your work. In practice that means reading your customer list and your list of services and products, and creating or updating customers, invoices, and payments that come from your work in Tree Inventory AI.
We ask for the narrowest access that lets the feature work. We do not use your accounting data to train models, and we do not share it with anyone other than the provider you connected. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations screen, which stops all further access. Records already written to your accounting system stay there, because they are your books and ours to write but not to take back.
Your use of a connected service is also governed by that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for a third party service being unavailable, changing its behavior, or declining a request we send on your behalf.
6. AI features and professional judgment
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to suggest tree species, summarize site conditions, draft findings, and help prepare estimates. These are suggestions to speed up your work. They are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified arborist.
You are responsible for reviewing anything the Service produces before you rely on it, send it to a client, or use it to inform a decision about tree risk, tree health, or public safety. Do not treat an AI suggestion as a formal risk assessment.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else’s rights
- try to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or to another organization’s data
- use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing material
- resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
We may suspend an account that is causing harm to the Service or to other customers.
8. Fees
Some plans are free and some are paid. Where a plan is paid, the price and billing period are shown before you subscribe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not generally give refunds for part of a period, though if something has gone wrong please contact us.
9. Changes to the Service
We are actively building this product, so features are added, changed, and occasionally removed. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan does, we will tell you.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop offering the Service. If we close your account for reasons other than a breach, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any output it produces will be accurate or complete.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above, and for material changes we will give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where AMARACORE LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.
