Send a property report to your client in one tap
Finished a walkthrough? Tap Send to Client and your mail composer opens, prefilled with a polite message and a no-login link to the property report. Same flow available from Arboris when you ask it to email a client.
You finished a walkthrough at the Smith house. The client is waiting for the report. Today, that means switching apps, opening Mail, copying a link, typing a message. Most of the time it just doesn't happen.
Now there's a one-tap path. Open the property, tap the menu, tap Send to Client. Your mail composer opens with a polite message already written, a fresh share link to the property report, and the customer's email already in the To field if it's on file. You read it, hit Send. Done.
The link goes to a no-login client view of the report. Anyone with the link can see the property and the trees you captured, no account needed. Links expire in 30 days.
Same flow lives inside Arboris too. From the chat, ask "Email a client a link to their property" and pick the property when Arboris asks. It hands you back the same prefilled mail composer.
While we were in there, we also taught Arboris to think about clients one at a time. Asking for a homeowner letter or a removal justification used to produce something generic across your whole inventory. Now Arboris asks which property first, then writes the letter for that customer specifically.
