Track the hours every job actually took
Clock in and out from the field, clock the whole truck in at once, and see the hours a job actually took on its Time tab. Correct hours that are wrong with a full trail, nothing is ever erased.
Anyone on a job can clock in and out from their phone, and the guy driving can clock the whole truck in at the gate. Every job now has a Time tab that tells you how many hours it actually took, grouped by person, with a filter to see one person at a time.
The app records both whose hours they are and who pressed the button. One person can only have one open entry at a time, and a forgotten clock out is never silently closed. It waits for you to say when work really stopped.
You and your admins can fix hours that are wrong. Close an entry somebody left open, adjust the times on a closed one, or add hours nobody clocked at all. Every correction is labeled and the original tap times are kept forever, nothing is erased. Hours only for now, with labor rates and dollars coming later.
