Your crew opens the same app and sees only their work. Three tabs, My Work, Time, and More, no Sites, no Jobs, no dollar figure anywhere. That is built into what the server sends them, so prices cannot leak.
My Work shows today's stops and the rest of the week. Each stop opens a job screen with Directions, the job and site notes, a service checklist they tick off, and the trees at that site on a read-only map they can read by plant or by service. Route lays the day out as numbered pins in the order the office set.
It works in the field. After one online load, reading the day keeps working offline off the last copy, and clocking in queues and syncs when the signal comes back.
