Put your whole team in the app with crews
Invite your people, group them into colored crews, and hand work to a team instead of a person. Crew leads run their own roster from their phone, and you can preview the app exactly as a crew sees it.
The app is no longer a one-person tool. You can put your real people in it and group them into named crews with their own colors, so work goes to a team instead of a name on a sticky note.
Invite someone with the Crew role and the first time they sign in they land straight in the field app, never your side, with no prices anywhere. Create a crew, give it a color, and staff it from your organization. One person can ride on more than one crew. Archiving a crew keeps all of its history.
Mark someone as Lead and they can add, remove, and transfer people on that crew from their own phone, so you are not the bottleneck when somebody calls out. A lead still cannot invite new people or change the crew itself. And you can preview the app exactly as any crew sees it from People, Crew view, read only, so nobody accidentally clocks in as somebody else.
