See a client's work and what they owe, on one page
A client's page now lists their jobs and shows an unpaid balance, with anything overdue in red. The job counts it replaces used to open your whole company's list.
Open a client from Customers and the page now answers the two questions you opened it for: what work have we done for these people, and do they owe us anything.
If they owe you, a Balance due line sits right under their name with the amount and how many invoices it covers. It turns red when any of it is late. An invoice counts as late once it is past its due date and still owing, even if part of it has already been paid, which is the same rule the Accounting dashboard uses. Clients who are square with you get no line at all, so the ones who owe you stand out.
Under that, Worklists their jobs, newest first, each with its number, its status and its amount. Tap one to open it. You get the ten most recent and the line above the list tells you when there are more (“10 most recent of 23”).
This replaces three separate counts of the same jobs that never listed any of them. Worse, those counts were clickable and went to your whole company’s job list, so tapping “Draft 1” on one client opened every draft in the business. That is gone.
The buttons moved too. New estimate stays where it was, top right. Everything else now lives behind the … button next to it: Edit customer, Merge duplicate customer and Delete customer. Merging still needs an organization admin.
Two things worth knowing. The balance counts issued invoices only, so a draft you have not sent is not money owed and will not appear. And if your role is viewer or crew, you will see the client and their work but not the money, the same as everywhere else in the app.
The balance is on the web for now. Mobile comes later.
