QuickBooks Online
Connect QuickBooks once, import your customers and services, and let invoices export on their own.
Connect once and invoices go across on their own.
Connecting
Accounting → Integrations → Providers, then connect QuickBooks Online. You sign in on Intuit's side; we never see your QuickBooks password.
Bringing your existing records across
The Import tab previews what is over there before anything moves. Customers and services come with a proposed match for each row and the reason for the match, in plain language: the same name exists, several records share a name so somebody has to choose, or nothing looks like this and it can be created.
You approve the plan. Nothing is written on a guess.
Mapping
Mapping is where a service here is tied to an item there. An unmapped service is the most common reason an export cannot go, and it is fixable from that screen.
Sync activity
Sync activity lists every document that went across, with its QuickBooks reference and when it went.
When an export cannot go, you get the actual reason and the action that fixes it, rather than a failed sync you discover at month end. If something changes on the QuickBooks side after we sent it, you are told instead of being left with two versions of the truth.
What syncs
Customers and invoices. Estimates stay here; QuickBooks does not need your quoting pipeline.
