How it works
Jobs → Renewals scans what is coming due and generates the estimates in a batch. You review them and send the ones you want.
Nobody rebuilds a quote for work that was already priced once.
Generating and batches
The Generate tab creates a batch for a window you choose. Batches keeps the ones you have already run, so you can see what went out and when.
Everything lands as a draft. Nothing reaches a customer until you send it.
